On top of that, he is now asking for free marketing research from the list. If that is ok with everybody I'll shut up and will do the same with a few products I'm developing. Peter Den Haan Winkler Engineering etc. <stop insert> Hmmmmmm. I read you both and I am genuinely for having input into development of equipment for me. As a engineer and designer/fabricator myself, I'm for developing the best equipment I feasible. Given the note Mr. Parrot sent out was a request for input from the list, I feel that is actually desirable. Publication of extensive updates and features of products is abusive of our forum IMHO... I don't know about the volume this sort of request will generate or if it is acceptable to other individuals, but I say give it a go and see what happens. I would reframe from debating details of potential products on the list as we might run into several dead horses that have been beaten into pulpy masses out our expense. Keep the discussion priv- ate. Which is another grey area. We all learn when various equipment configs and features are discussed. So use your own best judgement. Peter, what are you developing? What questions do you have of the tech diving public? Send caver questions to the cavers' list server.
