Hi John, You asked for comments. The only thing I'd like to add is in response to what you said; I frequently dive wrecks solo and use a manifold, since I don't like swapping regs. ***end*** I can see your reasoning, and *I don't think you are wrong* but I also dive wrecks solo and I *like* to swap regs. It assures me that both systems are working properly at an early stage in the dive, usually before I have got myself under a deco ceiling. It is also good practice for gas diving where you do lots of reg switches, often under trying circumstances, such as decending a rope in a gale force current. Just a thought, as I said, you aren't wrong. There is no 'right' way anyway. Cheers Jason :)
