I'm curious as to what everyones notion of TECH is?
Is tech only mix or exotic gas?
Is it deeeep?
Is it defined by the amount of gear you carry?

I have never heard of an absolute definition. My feeling is 
it starts pretty soon after the Padi lawyers start twitching.
