Not so Rick. There are two Aluminum 80s sold in significant numbers here in
the US, Luxfer and Catalina. The Luxfer has a rated capacity of 79.87 Cu. Ft.
and the Catalina has a rated capacity of 80.70 cu. ft. Both of these tanks
have a service pressure of 3000psi

The NEW Serwood manual has a table of cylinder volumes.  It shows the 80 CUFT 
with 77.0 CUFT @ 3,000 ps1 - and the 15 CUFT at 13.7 CUFT!
