I had the same thing happen to my DUI 200 thinsulate after about 6-8 months of using it. It formed clumps near the feet and hands. Needless to say...I was much colder. I called DUI and told them that I had followed all of their directions that they have for caring for the thinsulate. After 2 calls, they asked me to send it in to be evaluated it. I got a brand new one in the mail in 2 weeks later. 6 months later I got a 400G for Xmas. I will not be using the 200G for the caves but it is nice to have one that works instead of a clumpy one. Good luck. No clue on the other Undergarments but I want one that will work when wet.
