I just finished reading "Fatal Depth" by Joe Haberstroh, a Newsday reporter. Since Haberstroh is not a diver, there aren't any personal underwater adventures related, which seems to be a good thing. He appears to have done a good job of relating the facts without bias. Much of the book follows Dan Crowell. In my opinion, a good focal point for Andrea Doria deaths. It fills in some of the gaps left by "Deep Descent." Haberstroh includes some very illuminating interviews with various people. $16.77 at Amazon Don Burke -- Send mail for the `techdiver' mailing list to `techdiver@aquanaut.com'.
