That site is a junkyard of Russian reject crap. I was sent a CD of a scooter from a guy in Canada (I think), it is the fastest dam thing I have seen. He even had to install a water shield on it so his mask didn't get blown off. Tom told me he thinks he saw it in FL while the guy was testing it and it would make a wake if they got close to the surface with it.
