If you stop and listen to what he has to say and read some of thing written by and about him, his motivations become blatantly obvious. Back in the 80s before he got religion, information wasn't readily available and he had to cobble it together for himself. He learned the hard way. He learned by doing and by watching others die. He isn't being sanctimonious. All he is trying to do is make sure people like you and I don't have watch a half dozen people die in order to learn something. Drew A.
