  Hi Richard,

    1) -- Certainly somebody else is welcome to Election Chair next year, and
           after that -- with my sincere blessings.  My duties as Election 
Chair
           essentially ceased with final mailing of ballots and candidate 
materials;  

    2) -- NAUI Hdqts "lists" are not "available" to members, candidates, BOD
           or anybody for public use, campaigning, nor scuttlebutt.  Any 
email lists
           used by candidates, members, BOD, etc., for NAUI non-business
           operations are their own.   BOD candidates may purchase postal 
           (but not email lists) from Hdqts before a July 15 deadline;

    3) -- that you are opposed to NAUI Renovation is your right -- but it
           appears from BOD vote a few weeks ago, and BOD members
           (3) voted onto the BOD last year supporting Renovation, that NAUI  
  
           Renovation is the majority choice.
