Dear Danielo Allegrini and Leandro Dybal Bertoni,
Your privat emails to me caused me to re-examine the information that I had
available.
I'm sorry to have posted depreciating remarks about the support divers, from
the information that I had at the time I assumed that the 2 divers who were
videotaping were also doing midlevel support. Having reread the information, I
now agree that they were not doing support, and that there appears to have been
no deep or midlevel support divers to assist the 2 protagonists Marcus Werneck
e Luis Toledo. My comments about the support divers not having a clue were
wrong since they were able to connect up to the bottom divers at 22M and
exchange information about 2 hours into the dive. If deep and midlevel
support divers had been available, would this have made a great deal of
difference?
