I still believe that the recent RB80 accident had nothing to do with the
fact that they were on RB80s. OK, the task loading is greater but I
would still not say that the RB80 is to blame for the accident. From
what I gather, the neck seal was the main culprit. It stated the
incident spiral.

I have never argued otherwise.

There you are probably mistaken.

You are mixing things up:
There are deaths and there are accidents.

Neither of us knows of all accident on any breather, so it makes no
sense discussing that (Cf Wittgenstein)

There have been a number of deaths on the Inspiration. In most cases, we
do not know what happened because the diver was solo.

You are comparing Halcyon accidents with Inspiration deaths - apples and
oranges!
