     I think Dean meant to say "Deco dry" (as in the habitat) vs in-water.
To answer that question- yes, we seem to be able to tolerate much higher
oxygen exposures dry than wet. This is pretty well documented in Oxygen and
the Diver and SOP in deco chambers.
