Joe There is nothing to say about the death of Tai other than our lawyer kicked their lawyers ass or there was no money to be made or the case could not be won, so the case was dropped, so why don't you ask Alton Hall about that. I sent him a list of questions and he refused to answer most of them. I cannot comment on any details other than the stuff written by the reporter who was on board. (This was all covered on this list when it happened, check the archives, under "Juno Tragedy" or my name, then look on my website .... www.capt-jt.com in the stories page for the news paper story on the lawsuit being dropped) He covered the story as it was happening, everything as he was on board, I signed legal papers before the dive and still to this day I am not allowed to write the story as they just see nothing can be gained from it. But there are no secrets, there is no "code of silence" like you guys did when you had your accident. How about telling us the guys name who had the accident and everyone on board the boat, the whole story....... or is the code of silence still your game. Funny how when Kane was here we talked about how I let out the AUE accident on the list and he said he called Blitch and confirmed everything I posted as the truth, no one on board was even watching and if it hadn't been for the VBtech guy in the water the diver would have died. I have never been on the boat that the chase boat didn't run.....end of story on that one. When ever I am on the boat, everything is done right, I can't comment on when I'm not there, only what I'm told. The story you got was from a guy I had just busted his ego for being a moron on the boat and he had to say something to counter. The mate said he will be glad to address his story face to face with the guy. I think you and I should to...... I know nothing of the ML Bahamas bullshit that was before I even dived with them, they still run a boat there, just not the ML. I do not do drugs or smoke like you, I am tested at least once a month just because I have long hair at work and the Maritime Consortium , I do not drink alcohol either. I do nothing but dive as that is my addiction. Now back to your poor physical condition, what do you plan to do about it? At 06:27 PM 8/22/02 -0700, Joe wrote: >Dear Capt.
