Hi Jason The even scarier bit (and therefore more mystifying) is that I'm sure that following the spate of Buddy accidents you think those that still dive them would be taking SUPER extra care and yet it did them no good. The fact that it's possible you could be very meticulous and STILL die is the kicker. As to why average (non monster dive) divers like these guys feel the need to go to RBs I have no idea. It's clearly a major ramp up in the risk of diving .. for what ? Almost anything any of these boofheads are doing on RBs can be done with OC and proper planning and virtually none of the risk.
