Funny how the truth is twisted, the real fact is they did not know if what 
they were doing was legal or not. They had found that the sanctuary had a 
depth limit of 300ft and there is a hard bottom of 309ft. There were not 
sure if it was legal to bring the stuff up through sanctuary water, a gray 
area.......
The moral part is they were doing it wether it was OK or not and chose to 
hide the artifacts in bags at the dock just in case it was not legal. The 
only reason he even checked (and that was after the artifacts were taken) 
was because in a email to one of his friends I stated he was a lowlife for 
taking from wrecks while at the same time he works for a department that is 
suppose to protect them.
The other stuff is bullshit and is only a diversion to that fact.

This is the same guy who I let out on the list about their accident to 
another wreck that IS protected.

  I wonder, have the missing artifacts ever turned up from that wreck, I 
saw posted on FLtech there was an investigation on that one.

Its all about them secrets...........
