If the premise is that DIR is not adopted by many divers because it=B9s first
priority is safety, then I agree 100%. For many divers safety is a secondar=
y
consideration. One only needs to read the many accident reports now
available online from the Cave and Tech certification agencies=B9 records out
there . . . oh, right, there=B9s no comprehensive database like that . . . I
forgot. They keep those stats hidden . . . .
