Actually, a simple sling with two legs about ten feet long would let you
pick this thing up from a single point and keep it horizontal.

If the object is too fragile for this, the answers normally used are:

- longer legs
- more legs on the sling
- a strongback which could be something as basic as a galvanized fencepost
or a 2x4 stud with a couple of weights on it.
