Message text written by INTERNET:PAlexakos@ao*.co* >I applaud your familiarity with Walt Disney. Mine is poor, so your colorful rhetoric is lost on me.< I'm sorry you had such a deprived childhood, but it explains a lot. Maybe you should take a vacation and check it out. It might improve your dispostion. >Anyhow, the analogy you seek to establish between Mr. Crowley and your thinly veiled reference to Mr. Irvine is a poor one, not only because Mr. Irvine is not an officer of this organization, but because in the case of Mr. Crowley, there is ample evidence that he, in fact, knowingly misrepresented the facts. In the case of Mr. Irvine, perhaps the organizations he criticized did not feel that they recourse against him for the claims that he made. For the record, GUE's "methods" do not include slander, insults, or lies; our "whining" is merely a request for accurate representation. In our opinion, the intentional distortion of the truth, designed to harm another, falls outside the domain of free speech, forcing us to take measures to curtail them.< Get over it the boat sank! You started this entire thread by threatening to sue the Seeker when you got some of your own medicine and having the "usual suspects" chime in. A response I might add which is all to familiar when these things appear on the list. If you're not happy with the results of "guilt by association" with Mr. Irvine (Are you saying he IS Mr. DIR?), too bad. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe I have seen one post on this list, by an OFFICER of your organization, disassociating yourselves with his rhetoric, communicative style or opinions. Nor have I seen an officer of any other certifying agency come on here and bash GUE in a similar manner. However, it seems you have enjoyed and exploited the GUE "love fest" it has generated. Perhaps your desire for litigation is focused in the wrong direction. Then maybe you wouldn't be spending all your time defending yourself. Don't bother responding to this, I already see I'm wasting my time. I believe the line "Me thinks you doth protest too much" applies.
