I would think that with PADI OW Cert and training in High explosives that a maniac could easilly sink a Cruise Ship. How hard would it be for a terroist to get this training, and slip into Jamaica, Cayman, Cozumel etc and target a US bound cruise ship. Like I said this one is easy to laugh at, or even raise hell about. But everybody seems to be concerned about a Bridge and massive loads of explosives. Still we are looking at PADI or TDI and Laughing, but s'pose this sort of thing happens and the terrorist was trained by Naui or IANTD or even GUE. And what if, as a result, all dive activities become regulated because such tragedy occured. Is this not the very issue we all have been closely guarding against?
