their is nothing wrong with diving on air to 200fsw and using only your 120. 
those that say you must have helium in the mix are not what I would call real 
divers. our forefathers used it and that is good enough for me. also I know I 
am a safer diver becouse I have to concentrate on the task at hand. it is 
this 'paying greater attention to detail' that will bring me home every time.
