Can I ask if anyone else routinely gets posts delivered twice ? Usually
about a day apart ?  This has been going on for ages, but it's finally
starting to piss me off ...

This one below from Trey I got already. Either the Aquanaut server is
playing up, in which case it should be happening to everyone, or it's my ISP
and will chase them up and whinge to them.

(And no, I'm not confusing this for what happens when the server sends one
message to me personally as the instigator of a thread and then to the list
address)
