Funny, sounds like motive enough for me. No one is saying that instructors don't deserve to be paid, all that I can make out is that people are PO'd about being taken for suckers. There is no need for IANTD to have 3 Nitrox courses other than greed. We are not idiots with fat wallets. I think you will find that technical divers are some of the most informed consumers to be encountered and therefore they tend to object quite adamantly to being swindled. We aren't novice divers showing up for our first pool class being told that we shouldn't buy the $10 snorkel, we need the $75 dry snorkel. When your instructor or dive store person told you that, did -you- believe them??? And now what are you going to do with that big stupid snorkel???
