However, when there is an incident with NOAA personnel (such as myself), it behooves you to file an incident report, in order to notify the NDP of any potential change of your dive status. This goes beyond diving. If I had a major operation, had a car crash that impairs me, I would also have to file a report indicating how it affects my diving status. I also did this as I was sure they would be interested in learning about this incident. Listen, I am tired of this nonsense. You are a waste of my time. In order to stop all of this silliness, for the record: I am the worst diver any of you have ever seen; I am terribly unsafe; I lie in all my trip reports; I get bent on all my dives; I get frequent flier miles in the local chamber; I am a hoover; I know who shot JFK (but am covering that up, too); I rape wrecks; I kan't spell korectly; I am a Democrat (no, really); I am a HFS; I use drugs all the time (but don't inhale); I beat my girlfriend; I am gay; I am farm-animal stupid; I am a nazi; I kick cats and dogs around; and I don't give a shit what any of you think about me. Gee, ya got me JT. Now, since I have covered all the bases and you really have nothing left to criticize about me, piss off. Again, you have been one huge waste of time.
