Chris, your version looks about right ( not the IANTD nonsense). Keep in mind that any deeper you need to push that total time up, add the 50 and of course loose the 32 and use a lower oxygen trimix for bottom. Nitrox is not really achieving all the things we are told that it is. -----Original Message----- From: Chris Dupont [mailto:chris_zon@ho*.co*] Sent: Saturday, February 16, 2002 4:59 AM To: ez@ez*.co*; trey@ne*.co*; techdiver@aquanaut.com Subject: Re: Standard Deco Dive Hey Eric, Could be that it is a no-deco dive, I have been using those IANTD ean32 decotables for now. Those say to make a stop at 15ft for 6 min for those 30 min bottomtime at 100ft with ean32 only and 13 min for those 40 min bottomtime. If you look at GAP it says to make 1 min at 40ft, 1 min at 30 ft and 10 at 20 ft for the 30 min bottomtime. For the 40 min bottomtime it says 1 min at 40ft, 3 min at 30ft and 20 min at 20 ft. If you look to V-Planner it says to make 11 min at 20ft for the 30 min and for the 40 min it says 2 min at 30ft and 18 min at 20ft. If you look at George is postings about deco, I think this one is in the minimum decorange. So what I figured out with his posts is the following. 100ft 30 min bottomtime with ean32 *1 min to get to 70ft with 30ft/min* 70ft 1 min 60ft 1 min 50ft 2 min 40ft 2 min 30ft 3 min 20ft 3 min For the 40 min bottomtime the same because it is a minimum deco dive. I'm new in this, so I don't go try it in the water before I understand it correct. I'm not yet tested for a PFO, I drink always plenty water before and after the dive. Again many thanks!
