Obviously you hear what people tell you, or read something in the National
Enquirer and Assume it
is true.  "Navy Diver's attacking civilian divers????????"  This staement is
obviously as stupid
as you. Being a Navy Saturation Diver, I can tell you first hand that we have
better things to do
than to attack a civilian.  
	As for the law, I think freedom the basis on which this country was found, and
we should have the
right to dive this without all the unecessary B.S..  So there...


P.S.  Maybe you should take your mind
out of the Funny papers long enough to realize that the world passed you by.
