That would be like saying that an instructor has to take any student aboard
that wants to do the course.

I'd stop anybody diving that I dont see fit if they are under my
supervision.

Fortunately I live in a free country, Sweden, devoid of your american
lawyers, so we have an easier situation.

Here, if somebody dies, the buddy gets his life turned upside down by the
police in search of  linkings. If none are found thats the end of the story.
If warranted charges are pressed.
No outsiders are allowed. No law suits. Better that way.
