I will answer that in another post. And I disagree with you completely on
ocean. The waves don't change your pressure unless you are hanging tightly
onto something that is fixed to the bottom or floating on the surface

would ascend at 1ft per minute from 20ft. Is this recommended on all deco
dives? For instance if I made a dive and at the end of my 20ft stop for 20
minutes would I now ascend at 1ft per minute to the surface? I see this
easily being done in a cave but ocean conditions could make this very
difficult.
