The capability you loose, when you attach the glove permanently, is 
to leave the latex protruding a bit underneath, so that you still 
have a seal when you rip the glove.  The best way to use dry gloves 
is to have latex seals installed on your suit, and then use either 
the sytek or the Diving Concpets gloves.  Leave the latex seal 
protruding underneath, and stick a piece of tubing in there so the 
gloves will equalize.

As for reaching the valves, the ring system does not interfere.  We 
all do valve drills around here, and a lot of us have a ring system, 
and I've never seen it be a problem.
