Has anyone actually re-read the Coastie's report on this idiot? http://www.wahoo2001.com/Files/Highlighted%20Doria%20Death%20Chris%20Mur ley.pdf He lied about his experience, he started Trimix classroom training with 27 dives. He died with an Advanced Trimix certification on his **90th dive** on the **Doria**. His instructor knew he lied. His instructor was in the water with him on the Doria dive when he drowned. His instructor had personal gain from ignoring his problems and doing the trip anyway. His instructor knew he was sick, his fiancee knew he was sick. They both knew he was doing very badly on this trip. The crew of the Seeker had a pretty good idea all was not well. This was his second trip with them in rapid sequence and he had problems both in the water and on the boat. What more does it take to call a dive? A thunderbolt from the heavens?? Farm animal stupid comes to mind, distributed nearly equally amongst quite a few people. *If* the report is correct, TDI actually comes out of this without much blame, but Chris Murley's instructor, Joe Jackson, should be shot.
