Aluminum 40's. 80 if it is a true stage bottle.

O.K. you know I was hoping to get something specific out of this original
question on tank characteristics,so maybe someone can answer this.
   I need 2 new stage-deco tanks ,we dive cold water(30 dgrees
F),drysuits,steel doubles and the rest of that stuff.Alot of guy's up here
use steel tanks for deco-tanks,I know thats wrong for open ocean diving in
drysuits.So my question is what is the best make of tank and what is the
best size,are 80cuft the norm?
