The best way I found to size my latex seals is to take a Scuba bottle and
slip the Neck seal over it. I let the seal stretch over night and try it on.
If you need to trim the seal put the bottle back in place and use a new
razor blade to cut the seal. Take one or two rings at a time and try it on.
This method is tedious but takes the guess work out.

To trim the wrist seals use the same method but use a glass soda bottle. Be
sure to remove any wrapping on the glass first.

I spray or liquid silicon on my seals to help them go on easier. DUI does not
recmond this pratice but I have been using it on my latex seals for over 7
years and never had a problem. I replace my seals about every two years.. In
fact they used to recommend it, some manufactures are going back and saying
that its now ok to use silicon.

Let me know how it works out for you

Best Regards
Alex
