If you are getting abrasion on your harness you may want to look at the
edges of the cut outs on your backplate. Halcyon and others don't do a
particularly good job of smoothing these off. A dremel tool is best but a
small file and sand paper would likely work. If you get a chance look at
backplates made by Gary Hoadley and you will see a big diffrence here.
