I have the same problem my Bare XXL boots ( size 11 dress shoe ) won't fit
into the XL Jet fin and I tried a couple of dives with the turtle fins and
they were so big I strapped them tight and got sore toes. They really are
meant for guys with size 13-14 dress shoes. 
There is a gap in the sizes here. Don't suppose we could talk Scubapro into
making XXL fins?
