Bruce, give it a rest. We have more engineers in the WKPP than you can imagine - of all types. Bill Gavin is an engineer who designs the Navy's secret vehicles as well as other things. Also a cave diver of a magnitude that few can understand. Armentrout, Mee, Landon and several others are engineers. It is not about engineering. Any moron can do those calculations and tell you what a device will withstand, or whatever. It is about functionality and lack of bullshit that causes problems which we understand perfectly . It is about having the experience to the degree that we do combined with the brainpower and the resources beyond your belief. Why the hell do you think we have all the records and come up with all the best gear and ideas? Why do you think that people like your boy are constantly trying to copy us and then get a wetdream and try to say it is "better" when he does not know what "better" is and when he is playing to an audience who does not know either? It no longer makes any difference anyway, I make both types and I make them better, I sell them for less, and I know what better is from years of doing it like nobody else has ever done it, and there are a few hundred people out there who know that is true because they own them and use them for the real thing, not for diving at Ginnie with your boy, or on the Seeker with the Star Wars Bar Team. And, I am sick of hearing about this guy being an "engineer". That is crap.
