Unlike caves, the ocean conditions vary so the chances of a permanent line 
staying taut are slim. At which point a loose line strung inside a wreck would 
become more of a hazard, entangling divers (remember the line in the U853?).

Also, while the Bass isn't penetrated much today, I bet you would see the 
number of divers pentrating it drastically increase if a line was in there...
