Many thanks to everyone who replied to my question on the rubber hand
wheels.  Apologies for not replying earlier but I've been absolutely flat
out since before the October long weekend.  Still haven't had a chance to
read all your emails properly.  

I did get in touch with EE and they can supply the hand wheels.  I'll most
likely order through them.  Although I've been waiting some time, 3 weeks
or more, for a copy of JJ's fundamentals book and yet to hear about my
canister light (I'm guessing both will be still some time coming with the
current situation, a student reported a likely 2-3 month delay on a
software CD from the US (Airmail) so not expecting any better on larger
items).  Probably safest to wait till the other items come thru before any
other orders.
