Mike, I guess it's different all round the world, but here, whenever a 
proposal is made to regulate our activities, pressure groups use the 
evidence of deaths like these to argue for more controls and less freedom 
for the rest of us.

Those who defend, in the name of 'freedom of choice', the rights of 
people to dive in an unecessarily high-risk way are working against the
interests of all of us.
