I suppose the proper way to do it would be to use a Gavin scooter for propulsion. Of course, you'd have to use a line reel w/ cave line for the string and 2" webbing for the tail. Also, a single brass snap should be tied securely to the long stick so that it can be attached to the single waist d-ring so as to cause no excessive drag.
