I suppose the proper way to do it would be to use a Gavin scooter for
propulsion.  Of course, you'd have to use a line reel w/ cave line for the
string and 2" webbing for the tail.  Also, a single brass snap should be
tied securely to the long stick so that it can be attached to the single
waist d-ring so as to cause no excessive drag.  Avoid the temptation to wrap
the long hose under the stick, this will increase the required length of the
hose from 7' to 12'.+
