Keith, I'm afraid that a Trimix filled balloon must be pretty big, to be able to keep the weight of the line and it's shell ( bit sturdier than a child ballon probably, and the adherent water airborne. In fact the german Navy asked Draeger for such a device, they made ist for them , on pure Helium, but its use/ storage was discontinued because of the cost of maintenance. I believed the contracts said something like 750,- DM for annually maintainance, which included exchange of the He-cartridge.
