    It is bullshit. The deco is a function of the oxygen window and the off
oxygen periods ( and of course gradient). Helium based gases work best as
there is no damage and they are easier to breathe ( less CO2 ). You've been
watching too much Star Trek.

deco ?

      Like Trimix as bottom gas, nitrox during the deepest deco stops and
argox (or neox) in the two swallow deco stops.
