All of the new SP regs are "stroke" regs in my opinion. I had three of these 380's. Originally my idea was to use them in the back-up position. After throwing away the cover lock so I could get inside I then cut the tabs off the mushroom rings and then I even tried to weld the retaining ring to the purge. I finally got feed up and smashed them (all three) with a big oversized hammer dumped them into the trash can, poured gas over the top then lit them on fire AND WATCHED THEM BURN! Now I dive APEKS exclusively and never looked back.
