CO forms when combustible materials burn in an oxygen-limited atmosphere. 
Eventually it turns into CO2. In a high-pressure tank, with a plentiful PO2 
inside, you'll get traces of CO2 if anything burns rather than CO. This is 
a far lesser problem.
