Each motor unit weighs a little over three pounds on land.  In the water they
are around -1.5 lbs.  This doesn't seem to be a problem for most people's trim.
The bouyancy can be adjusted pretty easily by using some stiff foam neoprene as
padding on the leg mount, but the only time I ever needed to do this was when
testing the Jetboots for freediving (wearing no wetsuit or fins).
