An Off Topic post if ever I saw one. However:

a) What is your definition of "good"?
b) Have you considered that you might just need video lights? Commonly
two of them?

So what specs do _you_ consider significant? It's an entirely
subjective question.

The very best of luck to you. That is likely to cost you considerably
more (eventually) than the very best commercial housing.
