I use latex gloves connected to the dry suit and I wear wooly gloves under
the latex gloves. Very warm, but the disadvantage is that in case of 
rupture of the latex gloves water gets into the dry suit. Now I have 
imagined another solution which I shall try this weekend. I shall use 
a standard wrist seal beneath the latex glove and a small plastic tube in
order to equalize the latex gloves. In case of rupture I remove completely
the latex glove and the eqlization tube and put on a wet neopren glove.
