Give it a rest with the bullshit guesswork. It is a PAC seal # 10304. If the
scooter has one of those big cup and ring arrangement, throw that in the
trash and use the above seal.

At a guess, the Oceanic Mako seals might work.  It's only a slightly
redesigned Tekna.  Or, just measure the o-rings you need and see if you can
order them through Parker.
