JT, you are right on the money here and this is the kind of thing we need to be sure everyone is up to speed in our teams, and it would be nice if we could share this information with others who want to do this kind of diving without the resentful little IANTD crybabies making a negative issue of learning. The problem is you have complete idiots like this guy Eric who think these things are some way to get at us. This example is set by Tom Mount who did exactly the same thing on this list. He is mostly the source of spreading all of the bullshit while himself bringing NOTHING to the table in terms of information we can use. -----Original Message----- From: Capt JT [mailto:captjt@mi*.co*] Sent: Tuesday, July 31, 2001 11:03 PM To: Trey; Techdiver@Aquanaut.Com; FlTechDiver@mikey. net Cc: vbtech@ci*.co* Subject: Re: The Liars - Still Grasping At Straws At 09:02 PM 7/30/01 -0400, Trey wrote: For >example, JT Barker and I seem to have no problem discussing these things, >but we have a mutual interest in avoiding accidents on our teams. >Reichardt is a typical lying loser. Trey, not only do we need to talk about avoiding them, but what to do if and when they happen, some things in our last accident was luck, but it was not luck that we had certain people in place for such an event, so to help others learn.... I will be talking about our Doria "seizure" in detail at our VBtech meeting this Thursday night at LDC 7pm and how everyone should react during an event like that on our boats or as a group when on someone elses boat. You know its kind of strange, everyone always wants to know who it was that got hurt, no one ever asked me who it was that saved the diver during the seizure. I would always like to be lucky, but do you really think it was luck when Rick Atkins was the one that saved that diver..... That's the second diver I've seen him save.... Now you know one of the reasons why he is my buddy on the real deep dives.... Anyone who wants to come listen can, our door is always open..... I take that back, Black you can't come......
