Perhaps you misunderstood. I am not defending Gilliam - I am clarifying a specific misunderstanding of what he wrote. Beyond that, I dont give a fuck about this stupid argument - the merits and demerits have been discussed ad nauseum. No one is forced to dive deep air, and ultimately, if someone is stupid enough to take that class, that's their problem. Offer Deep Air 1000 feet, for all I care.
