You guys we've had this discussion 18 times already.

All the agencies except GUE have an "extended range", "deep air" or whatever 
they title it course still on the books.  

All the agencies allow teaching it when helium is not available absent 
extraordinary measures and expense (which I assume GUE teaches you make the 
effort or don't make the dive) or is forbidden by law (in which case I assume 
GUE recommends you don't make the dive).

Go to the archives, I guarantee whatever you have to say about it has already 
been said.
