Since I started tech/deco diving I've made it a point to take anti-oxidents (vitamin E, etc.) as part of my daily diving regimen on the theory that having a solid supply of these vitamins in my blood would help protect me from the damage from high PO2 exposure and maybe prevent an O2 tox. I don't have any established data for this, does anyone else do this, is there any research out there that shows that doing this is a help or hinderance?
